• All returns require prior approval from Motion Savers and an RMA.

• Most returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

• Restocking fees may apply.

• Custom, made-to-order, special order, installed, and clearance items are generally non-returnable.

• Shipping damage or incorrect items must be reported at time of delivery.

• Orders already in production or shipped may be subject to cancellation fees.
